Important Notice - COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you will notice that some of our shipment delivery promises will take longer than usual. We have received notification from our warehouses that they are experiencing staff shortages and delays due to local travel regulations which may cause delay in shipments. Please note that Simpli Home is doing everything to keep our customers happy and ship all purchase orders on time. We are working around the clock to ensure the availability of all of our products and bring on additional capacity to deliver all orders on time.
At Simpli Home, we care for our valued customers, employees and communities. As a result, we have decided to close our offices to reduce physical contact as much as possible and enabled “work from home” status for all our teams including our Customer Service team. While we still work to provide the best customer service possible, there will be few constraints and delays that might occur when responding to phone inquiries and customer emails. Please be assured that your customer service tickets will be taken care of by our customer service representatives.
