Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied and for any reason you want to return your new, unopened product, we have made it easy for you.
What can I return?
You may return any new, unopened item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your item. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The item should not be used or altered in any way and the original sales receipt must be included with the returned item.
Large parcel orders such as Bathroom Vanities and Dining Sets will be eligible for a “call tag”, which means someone will come to your house to pick up the item. Please contact customer service to schedule a pick up at 1-866-518-0120 or via email at email@example.com
All clearance and assembled items cannot be refunded.
We must receive your returned items at our facility within 45 days of delivery. All returned items will be inspected and if they do not meet above criteria we reserve the right to not issue a refund. Otherwise credit for your returned item will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item.
Please allow us 10-15 business days after receiving the return parcel to inspect the items and to process your refund.
Defective product and returns due to our error
Defective, damaged and incorrect items may be returned without penalty. Please contact customer service at 1-866-518-0120 or click here to process your parts request and we will be happy to assist you in receiving a replacement part, a whole unit or a refund as quickly as possible. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
If you decide you do not want parts, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
How to start a return:
Please note this return process only applies to the items bought online from Simpli Home website. If you’ve bought items from other Retailer Partners, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-518-0120 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please follow these steps to start the online return process:
- Click here, provide your email address and click “Start a Return”
- You will receive a return authorization email to start your return and refund process by clicking on the item you want to return with selected reason
- Provide your shipping information and click "Confirm Return and Refund" to complete your estimated refund request
- Our awesome Customer Service team will follow up with further details as soon as your request is reviewed.
- You will receive an email to download your pre-paid FedEx shipping label along with instructions on how to return the items to any FedEx drop-off location near you.
Please note if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
