CleanHub is on a mission to clean up our oceans and end plastic pollution. They use technology to keep plastic out of the sea by implementing waste recovery where there is none.

Simpli Home has been working with CleanHub since 2021 to collect and recover ocean-bound plastic waste. Their collection partner, Green Worms Waste Management, organizes door-to-door collection efforts performed by women self-help groups in Edavanna, India. This provides critical employment opportunities in the community.

Simpli Home provides ongoing support for a school in Delhi, India. In early 2023, we organized a charity event to donate school supplies, computers, and food packets for the students. We also are helping to improve the physical structure of the building so that the school can be expanded and equipped with kitchen appliances, heaters, and more.

Plan International is a children’s charity, striving to advance children’s rights and equality for girls through health care, education, clean water, and opportunities to help them thrive.

During our partnership with Plan, we’ve contributed to initiatives which help protect girls against child marriage. We’ve also supported the IMAGINE project, which helps give children access to education. And, we’ve provided support to help build a school in Vietnam and drill wells for clean water in African villages.

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization working towards a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live and a better life, by building or improving homes.

In 2022, Simpli Home worked with the Portland, Oregon, chapter of Habitat for Humanity and their ReStores program, an initiative where home improvement stores and donation centers sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, and more. Through that partnership, we have been able to salvage more than 100 tons of waste from ending up in landfills. Plus, we funded one full donation of $100,000 to the Habitat for Humanity Portland Metro region to build homes in the community with furniture from our warehouse.
