Simpli Home offers standard free shipping everyday on every order when shipping to the lower 48 states no matter how big or small. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, Canada and International orders.
- Each Simpli Home product normally ship within 1-2 business days from time of standard order, plus 4-5 business days in transit for delivery.
- Large parcel orders such as Bathroom Vanities and Dining Sets normally ship within 2-3 business days, plus 10-12 business days in transit for delivery.
Note: Over-sized parcels are Curbside Delivery, which means your order is delivered to the curb or end of driveway of the delivery address and you are responsible for the package beyond that point. An adult must be present and signature is required upon delivery. For Vanities, we strongly recommend you to open the parcel in front of the driver and inspect for any top damages. It is very important that you notate on the POD (Proof of Delivery) if it is damaged. There is never a charge for signature on the POD or inspection from the customer.
We have selected the shipping method for each product on our site to ensure that you receive the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery service that is possible. Note however that deliveries are typically not made on Saturdays or Sundays and that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs. Also if you live in a non-contiguous US state or territory – in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or the US Virgin Islands, additional fees and shipping restrictions will apply.

Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each and every Simpli Home product and we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you do not, you can initiate a return for new and unopened items with a restocking fee within 30 days of receiving your item. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Refund will be issued after deducting eligible restocking fee.
