Where can customers purchase Mulberry Protection Plans?

Customers can add a Mulberry Protection Plan when viewing eligible product pages on the Simpli Home website. If the product qualifies for coverage, an option to select a protection plan will be displayed. Once a plan duration is selected and the item is added to the cart, the protection plan will be added automatically.

What happens after customers purchase a Mulberry Protection Plan?

After purchase, customers will receive a welcome email from Mulberry containing the details of their plan, along with an activation link. This link allows them to create login credentials and access their personal customer portal, where they can:

  • View coverage details
  • Update personal information
  • File a claim
  • Transfer the plan

The activation link remains valid for 30-days. If the link expires, clicking it will automatically trigger the delivery of a new activation email.

How much do Mulberry Protection Plans cost?

Pricing varies based on the specific product. Please refer to the individual product page to review coverage options and associated costs.

Is tax charged on the purchase? 

No. Tax is included in the purchase price of the protection plan.

When does coverage begin?

Coverage starts on the product’s delivery date. However, it excludes defects in materials or workmanship until the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

If a customer initiates a claim directly with Simpli Home and there is no applicable manufacturer’s warranty, they should be directed to contact Mulberry Support for further assistance.

Do customers need to register their protection plan?

No separate registration is required. The plan activates automatically on the delivery date.

How do customers file a claim?

Customers can submit claims through getmulberry.com y logging into their account and uploading the following:

  • Date of the incident
  • Photos of the damage
  • A description of what occurred
What happens after a claim is approved?

If Mulberry determines a replacement is necessary, the product will be replaced or a cash settlement will be offered (minus any previous claims costs). Mulberry covers basic shipping costs for replacements.

Coverage is limited to the original retail value of the product or a single replacement (or equivalent cash settlement).

If a product or material is discontinued, Mulberry will offer a cash settlement in place of a replacement.

Can customers cancel or return their purchase?

Yes. Customers may cancel at any time.

Customers can cancel or return Mulberry Protection Plans by contacting Simpli Home and receive eligible refund.

A full refund is available within the first 30 days after delivery.

Please note: Once a claim is approved under a protection plan, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund.
