Simpli Home Trade Program Terms & Conditions
Terms of Eligibility
To become a member of the Simpli Home Trade Program, applicants must complete the online application and provide one or more of the following documents as proof of eligibility:
- Valid business licence
- Tax exemption certificate
- Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
- Proof of membership in a national trade organization (e.g. ASID, IDC, IIDA, NKBA)
Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected.
Applicants must be an individual and not a business or entity. Multiple individuals employed by a single business or entity must submit separate applications and are subject to approval individually.
Simpli Home reserves the right to determine eligibility and approve applications at its sole discretion. Simpli Home may review and terminate a Member’s eligibility if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Member has violated the Program Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified via email if he/she is no longer eligible to participate in the program.
Membership & Benefits
Once Simpli Home confirms eligibility, applicant will be considered a Member of the Trade Program, entitled to the benefits of program and subject to the Program Terms & Conditions. Upon acceptance into the Trade Program, Members will receive a discount on our standard retail prices with full tax exemption (if eligible) on all items purchased on simpli-home.com using their Member account. No minimum order required. Most orders are eligible for free shipping. For large orders, Members can call the Simpli Home Trade Program at 1-833-474-6754 for a custom quote.
Price adjustments for purchases made prior to becoming a Member of the program are not permitted. Purchases of Simpli Home products made with our Retail Partners are not eligible for the Trade Program Discount. Trade Program Discount may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions, and cannot be applied to reduced price, sale, closeout or clearance merchandise.
Product returns are subject to the standard return policy.
Membership Changes or Cancellation
It is the responsibility of the Member to notify Simpli Home of any changes to his/her contact information or eligibility status. Members can update their information or cancel their membership by calling the Simpli Home Trade Program at 1-833-474-6754.
Communication & Privacy
Simpli Home may contact Members directly regarding changes to the Trade Program. As a Trade Program Member, Members will automatically be opted-in to receive Simpli Home marketing emails. Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
The Simpli Home Trade Program and its Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time at the company’s discretion. Simpli Home may discontinue the Trade Program at any time and at the company's sole discretion.
